"Gross! This place appears to have NEVER been cleaned! The dining area, floors, tables, bathrooms are absolutely nasty! The food was mediocre at best. My family will never be back and I’m sure no one will notice."

"It was very expensive, for what we got, but it was also very, very good. This is soul/comfort food, and it was great taking my kids to pick up a bucket of chicken and a bunch of sides, then go home for a big meal, like my grandparents did for me and my cousins. Original recipe for the win!"

"I'm not kidding when I say this, but they screw up my orders 9 out of 10 times I go here. They are never busy, yet they can never get any of my orders right. Either missing a side, receive the wrong side, or they gave me tenders instead of bone-in chicken like I ordered. The level of incompetence here is ridiculous. The whole damn team, management and staff, need to get canned. Update: management reached out to make it right. I rescind my statement about the management. I talked to 2 members of management who seemed to actually care about the customers’ experience. If they can do something to boost morale and get employees to care about their jobs more (whatever Chick-Fil-A does to somehow make their employees not hate the job), that would help significantly. It makes sense management cares about the customers’ experience, and I do realize trying to get fast food employees to care about their job will be an uphill battle."

"Nah because we didn’t even get our food we waited 1 gosh dang hour for them to say they ran out of CHICKEN,HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BE A CHICKEN PLACE BUT RUN OUT OF CHICKEN. See this is why I can’t go to KFC. And the lobby was CLOSED"
