"Came here to use a gift card and my daughter has been begging to try a Starbucks. Place was clean on the inside. Plenty of seating for a Friday afternoon. The staff was pleasant and we got our drinks quickly. No problems here."

"The Manager Kaylin needs to go back to training if she wants to be a manager. I go here almost every day I’ve never had a problem until today. I asked for whip cream there was no whip cream, I asked her to put some on top she stated idk if it’s enough room then proceeded to put some one there. She went wrong with telling a customer that. Secondly I asked what type of drink that was because it didn’t look how it was supposed to look. She stated what was in the drink, i told her that was wrong as I’m talking she walks always and the window closes. Now if you make a drink the wrong way you don’t pour out half and then proceed to add oat milk on top, you re-make the drink. I spend too much money here to be treated as such. You all need to choose managers wisely her employees are awesome, I can’t say the same about her. It’s not hard to make a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso 4 pumps of brown sugar 4 pumps of toasted vanilla add whipped cream."

"This was very disappointing. Usually our maumelle location gives me no problems but this time was different. There was nothing right about this sandwich..I posted the picture along with my review.That and my daughters drink had no whipped cream when I ordered extra. Im not sure what you call this but i won't be back for a long time."
