"This place is amazing! The entire complex was recently updated (new paint, furniture in common rooms) Even though it is newer - 2001 built. Best amenities in Twin Cities in my option! Year round pool! (and kiddie pool and hot tub), 2 party rooms, outdoor grilling areas, playground, updated gyms x2. The location is also great - next to Lake Susan and Lake Ann. You can walk to green preserve, enjoy courts and playgrounds and trails. Easy Hwy 55 and 212 access. Professionally managed - whenever I submitted a request or a question, I always got a prompt response. No issues ever. Julie is great. Grounds are meticulously maintained! LOVE IT!!"

"Very poor management. No on-site manager *Office manager here only 1/2 day a week. Frequent fines and fees. No after hours emergency help. Management company inaccessible and difficult to deal with. Maintenance is spotty at best."

"I used to live at these condos for multiple years. I was perfectly happy with the building, the maintenance staff, the management. At some point during that time, the board decided to change gears and change rules and staff and management and all went south from there. At least for me. It seems like they are actively trying to get rid of the younger tenants and convert the place into an older people community. They moved their rules from not allowing dogs to allowing dogs only to not allowing dogs again and not allowing people to renew their leases if they still had a dog."
