"I just want to chime in on the chaos I feel overall satisfied with Americold they where very nice giving they deal with a bunch of mad man all day and business is booming they are very busy so just be on time if you late you might not get loaded to the next day business is business why would they jeopardize one customer relationship for a customer who isn't on time #Sygma proud customer"

"Don't pickup at this shipper waste of time. Checked in for a 9am pickup at 6pm it is now past 330am get ready to hurry up and wait. Side note if you are 30 minutes late for your appt it's $105 and you still will have to wait at gravel lot checked in again for a 1pm at 945am it is now 6pm still waiting , they love to ship at the drop dead time."

"Here early for appointment at 4 pm. Still waiting 4 hours later and no word yet. Friendly staff and decent amenities here. Having no respect for our time though is a huge issue plaguing the industry. Will decline any load coming here in the future."

"I don’t usually do this but here we go, and FYI… their overall rating should be 1.1 and most of the “good” reviews are for delivery because a POS middle man place like this needs delivery to survive.. loading is 100% a different story. Also, no response from “management” shows that nobody is reading or cares!! Just like a lot of these reviews; I arrived about 4-5 hours early because I had a tight schedule for Los Angeles, CA (friday night PU Monday morning delivery). Well, they said they “changed “ the policy about loading trucks early. Well I guess they need to change the policy on loading trucks on time.!! 11/3/23 2300 appointment: Got a door@11/4/23 0500… just as was mentioned many times ; I was sent to the gravel lot after check in and got no word from them unless I called shipping and then was lied to or got the run around when I called them. Surprised they still answer ….when I got a door I was told to keep the doors closed.. sound familiar? It’s now 11/4/23 0800 and still not loaded but my doors are open lol… needless to say; I will be late in CA at a place just as terrible for late appointments and a “work in”….. first and last time for me…."

"This place is a freakin joke, I arrived on 10/30 for 10/31, 0500 appt. Checked in at 0400 the guy said park and they would call and give me a door. Someone knocked on my door and said that I had to go to the staging area. Get to the staging area and 2 minutes they call for a door. It's now 0604 and I'm still waiting. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE."
