"I do not leave bad reviews often. Last night's experience was enough. I've shopped at different Macy's locations and St Clouds Macy's is so far off balance it's scary. No inventory. Customer service is subpar. Just not a good experienceat all. I will drive to Eden Prairies Macy's from now on."

"The store is nice and clean , it’s managed by some lowlifes who doesn’t care about their employees. I was terminated for no call no show but lemme mentioned I did not receive one call from my “supervisor “ or manager “ to inform me of my schedule, they didn’t even call to see if I was still breathing they just let me go ! So I’ll never step foot in that Macys again!"
"Nice store and friendly associates. There was a lady walking around sampling Coach Wild Rose perfume and I told her I liked it and she walked me to the counter where it was located and gave me info on the gift sets and free gift they had going on. Needless to say I bought a gift set and I love it."
"It would be helpful if they had more employees in the bedding section of the store. I waited about an HR before I seen a employee in the bedding section. I also had other customers asking me the same question. I'm in the market for bedding so I want to buy the good stuff. Hopefully I find what I'm looking fore here. I did find a few nice patterns."
