"Amazing service! My washer went out on me and it was cheaper to replace than fix. I had looked online at big box stores, but delivery was 2 weeks out! I held off and decided to try Doug's to see what they had in store. Extremely friendly, explained the differences in models, and got me a MUCH better price. PLUS, delivery and installation AND old appliance takeaway was only one small fee as opposed to the almost $200 from big box stores. The best part - I paid before leaving the store and it was delivered and installed within 4 hours. 4 hours!!!!! As a mom of 3, that was an answer to prayer. Thank you everyone at Doug's who helped us!"
"I purchased a stainless steel Samsung range, microwave and dishwasher from Pat, the owner, and couldn’t be more pleased. His prices were as reasonable as the big box stores but he provided personal attention. He delivered exactly at 11:00 AM as promised and Jason installed the dishwasher and microwave. Jason was also professional and took extra time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing appliances! I highly recommend Doug’s TV & Appliance!!!"

Their selection of brands and models is a bit limited, but seems to be because they stick to the brands and models that are well built and less likely to have problems."
