"Disappointed by this location. Prices are absurdly high, $12 for a single old bed sheet, $20 for a used sauce pan. Seems a lot of people suffer from thinking that just because someone else somewhere in the world is asking an amount for an item on eBay doesn’t mean it’s worth that. 1) gotta check the sold listings, 2) spend less time trying to convince yourself you’re sitting on a treasure hoard by scrolling ebay and save labor cost by using common sense and price things as a thrift store should"

"Shopped last week and met two A+ employees, Jessica and Hayden, Jessica was greeting shoppers and ringing up purchases, her conversations carried through the front of the store, I was sure by the conversation she knew everyone she was speaking with. Old friends, family or neighbors! Turns out Jessica is just an extremely motivated employee. Greeting each and every customer that came in, She went so far as to get Hayden , the young man in intake to bring me a receipt so I could get extra shopping points for my purchase! Everyone was very friendly and caring . The store was in great shape for shopping ! I'll be going back, just don't tell my husband! (Photo for interest only, got that at the Forest Lake Store)"

"I like this store. It has a variety of goods and until today the staff have been friendly and helpful. Today, it was raining and 37degrees, The parking lot was like a ice rink. My friend and I when we were going in , took sand from our car and put on out pathway way into the store. As we were checking out, I noted to staff that a young girl was slipping and falling down. Staff replied "we cannot sand or salt the entire driveway " I stated that even the sidewalk is icy. We did some of the front entrance when we came in." She stated "I can do that when I have time" I. She did not greet people or offer a smile. I found this to be unsatisfactory service for a employee of Pathway and the values that is in its mission."

"This thrift shop has by far, exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. For example, at other thrift stores locations they don’t unload your merchandise, they did here, and the gal at the door helping me was extremely kind, and I was treated with the utmost respect. I went into shop around for a bit, and the store was very clean, and the people working in the store were all very nice, and it made my shopping experience so warm and welcoming. From now on this is the thrift store for me!!"
