"Terrible apartments came to visit someone from out of town and got a flat tire in your very dirty parking lot because of random nails on the ground no one bother to get up so I had to leave it parked in your visiting parking space with permission until the flat was fixed spent 200 today to get it done so I can be on my way back to a whole different city at that just to find out the mechanic I had already paid for to tell me it was not there anymore I checked the lease information and it clearly says I have 7 days to leave it parked in that area and ONLY that area it has only been 4 days. Now I'm stuck in a city I know nothing about with no money. There are rats running around the inside and outside of every apartment, trash cans are over filled, management is very lazy from what I see nothing ever gets done. And from the other reviews i have seen on here this scam has be happing for many years here. Will definitely be bringing a legal team to get my vehicle back for free."

"Not gonna lie this is my first apartment so i just was very happy i got approved but upon living here for the few months i have this place ain’t changed a bit , there’s STILL MICE still roaches management never answer but quick to slap a late fee on your ledger or evict you all because they scan stuff when they want to upon moving in i never was able to even pick my apartment they only let me see it the day of me moving in and that’s weird to me maintenance does their job when they can but there’s so many messed up apartments idk why it hasn’t been shut down you got people so lazy they leave trash in the hall food in the hall honestly i wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here unless u just don’t care. Even tho rent is budget friendly you can get something better for your money NEVER SETTLE !"

"I've been living at Autumn Ridge Apartments for 8 years and it's been a Rollercoaster of bad Management, lazy Maintenance, noisy neighbors and pests. That all has changed in the past few months, thank goodness! DC and Johnathan of the Maintenance Crew have cleared up over 1,000 work requests in 3 months! DC in particular does an awesome job, he's smart, quickly takes care of Work Orders, explains what he's doing, he's polite and has manners. DC does it right the FIRST time unlike previous teams. He's had to rectify the terrible jobs previous Maintenance staffs have done in the past and he takes pride in doing an excellent job. There's a NEW, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL Management Staff too! I sat down and talked with the new Manager, told her all my horror stories and she is addressing each one of them from noisy neighbors to removing the carpet because of my allergies. I would have NEVER recommended Autumn Ridge Apartments to anyone but now I would. Can't wait to get my luxury vinyl flooring installed!"

"I was trying to move here a while back and I’m glad I didn’t. I knew two people who lived here and both chose to live somewhere far if they didn’t have to live in these apartments anymore. I always wondered why but then I found out their property are infested with mice and roaches. For those who never experienced that before.. you probably will not see any when viewing the apartments, however your 1st night stay is when you’ll see your not the only living species in your apartment. I learned this lesson the hard way so I hope this review can be helpful to someone who’s never experienced the whole apartment thing before especially viewing an infested apartment."
