"The least efficient pharmacy I have encountered. The meds are never ready when we get there to pick them up and then have to wait at least 20 minutes for them to be filled."

"I used the Hyvee pharmacy on Kiwanis for years but they closed this month. A letter in the mail informed me that my prescriptions would transfer to this location without interruption. None of them did, which isn't necessarily this pharmacy's fault. When I finally realized my RXs weren't on auto-refill anymore it took them 4 days to refill one that I was completely out of. The delay wasn't with my doctor's office, it was Hyvee. On day 4 I finally logged onto my online pharmacy and it said the prescription was ready, they just didn't send me a text letting me know. I was beyond frustrated and missing 4 days of some prescriptions is not okay. The two times I've been to the drive-up the whole transaction took SO LONG. This afternoon it took over 10 minutes. When I asked if they had a treat for my dog (as lots of pharmacies, banks, fast food restaurants do) she said "We sell dog treats in the store". I'm not sure if she was joking, didn't understand my meaning, or was being serious. But after such an unnecessarily long wait time this comment bothered me. I think I'll switch to Lewis drug and see if I have better luck."

"Vaccine shots are very slow. Appointment set for 5:30pm it’s now 5:55pm and still nothing?"

"This is my primary Hy-Vee stop as I live nearby. It is large and has a manufactory type feel. Not as homey as the other Hy-Vee's in town, but that is not why I go to this one. I come here for quick, fast, easy service. When I select this location, I mean business (grocery shopping that is : )) They are great at their niche. They occassionally have samples which is also appreciated. Plus, helpful, kind employees."

"Stay away if you love your pets. No matter how many times I asked them to stop they kept filling my bottles up so tightly pills spilled when I opened them. If your family pet gets hold of a spilled pill (as mine did) it might be a goner. Many other common sense things are ignored in favor of making a few extra cents. BEWARE!! -0 Stars."
