"I could give it 0 stars I would. They are really racist towards black ppl here. Told me I’m a day early for a load, but on my paperwork it clearly states 7/29/23. Loaded another driver and told me I had to wait, even though my appointment was at 7, and I was docked before him. I’m refusing any loads back to this place. The ozarks are notorious for racism in these parts!"

"Must have a 6 digit appointment number to get unloaded (first 4 digits are the date). If you don't have they right number don't drive up there, they only unload 4 trucks a day! Even then it takes over an hour to get unloaded."
