"We used to use XPO on a regular basis but not anymore. We had a shipment come in this past January that was over dimensional that cost a little over $700.00 which is understandable. But in April we had the exact same product come in that was NOT over dimensional and was charged over $5000.00! We got with the local rep here in Springdale and he told us there was nothing they could do. I guess the commission check was more important than taking care of a regular customer! We will never use them again and I would advise anyone else to do the same!"

"Slow service and has trouble delivering on time. The phone rep from somewhere outside the US said they are overbooked and had to add a week and a half to the delivery time frame even though they have the item in their terminal. Very frustrating when I was told multiple times during the order process it would be here on the 20th of October with multiple conformations over the past few days and now they say it won't be here until October 29th. Very unprofessional for a logistics company. Refrigerator stuck at terminal in Tulsa when they have a terminal 2 miles from my house here in Springdale."

"I do not recommend this logistics company. My company is a stone and tile wholesaler company and majority of everything that we have shipped through XPO arrives at our destination or our clients destination either lost or mostly/completely damaged. Claims take 60 days for a response. We are about to put our 4th claim in with them this month and we haven't heard anything back from the first claim we filed. Getting someone on the phone is a hassle, as well as trying to track orders, they either do not give a tracking number or they never set up tracking. This is all very unacceptable and I hope that this review helps veer people away from the stress that our company has dealt with."

"Our experience is almost a perfect mirror of the 1 star post bellow. Waste of so many hours waiting on delivery with promises of delivery dates and several rescheduled dates that showed up on the Amazon tracking as “Customer Requested”, though we never requested a change. Waited 15 hours for a delivery and got notification THE NEXT DAY of a new date. Offshore customer service had dogs barking in the back ground, which made it super hard to hear the customer service rep. Terrible experience."
