"The pizza was great. Marcos is my favorite place to get pizza by far. Our delivery driver, Josh, was amazing! He was very kind and professional and got our pizza to us 15 minutes earlier than expected."

"We order pizza every week from caseys across the street and decided to give Marcos a try. Tried to call in a pizza order, and the phone was never answered. I ended up ordering online. I arrived after it was supposed to be ready. Walked to the counter, paid, then the cashier started waiting on the next customer. I had to stand there until another employee walked by and then ask them for my pizza which was sitting on the rack waiting. She then tells me I still need to pay and they only have one register. I explain I already paid and he didn't give me the pizza. The guy then said oh yeah he paid. The response, oh, sorry. I also watched as they made the pizzas, no gloves on their hands like the Casey's employees use. I also noticed the zip ties holding the door unlocked. I won't be back."

"Pizza was good and prepared quickly, but their reliance on web-based technology is not good for the customer. The website was down and the App wasn't working, either. So, it was impossible to enter a coupon code (or order at all) from the website. The people in the store couldn't enter the coupon code, because it was a web-only code. No criticism of the people in the store. The technology wouldn't give them the latitude to do what needed to be done to accommodate the customer. We paid full price, for the convenience of getting food on the way home. Not the kind of experience I expect from Marco's Pizza."

"Pizza was Excellent- 1st time Pizza was made incorrectly/ not what we ordered - salad was wrong too... but they made it right- it was just a very long wait before we got our correct order."

"This is my first time to Marcos. The young person at the register seemed to be new and had to go and ask how to enter an order into the cash register but she was able to get it. The guys in the back appear to be just regular pizza people and had to be told in each order that was coming in. The restaurant appeared to be fairly clean and is next to a liquor store so you can get beer with your pizza. My order was ready in about 12 minutes and was hot and fresh."
