"Owned pools in Florida and used weekly pool services so familiar with pool maintenance. A little pricey for what we received. Tech was rarely at the house more than 15-20 minutes. Never brushed the pool, just vacuumed, cleaned baskets and back washed. Chemistry was checked with strips. Never tested for anything beyond the 5 basics Asked to have the pool brushed and was given inaccurate information regarding requirements to brush a plaster surface. Ended up doing most of the work ourselves. Then they just stopped showing up."
