The Bluffs at Willow Run

"Solid apartments, don’t hear neighbors unless they’re stomping or kid screaming. I think the apartments are a little overpriced, especially for a one bed. At the end of the day, you pay a high price for quality living. This apartment comes with perks like, free water, dna poop testing so ppl HAVE to clean up after their dogs, and even tho the place is huge there isn’t a lot of foot traffic in the elevator or halls. (There’s many more perks to find out yourself) It’s a calm quiet place to live. Only complaint is that when golfers come around they drive their carts in the parking lot like they own the place and not like tenants need to back up or park. The golfers hog up the parking lot and create a somewhat stressful mission to find a spot before a golf cart comes flying around the corner. Or when the ENTIRE parking lot is full because of golfers, get ready to pay the price for underground parking!"

"The Bluffs at Willow Run - an awesome place with amazing amenities and accommodations. The complex has incredibly well-kept common areas and is very clean with spacious apartments. This is the perfect place to live for people who love the awesome views of nature, and yet want to be close to city conveniences. Jess helped our recent move to be very easy, and she’s always upbeat and friendly. She and Dave are great to work with and super helpful, assisting with any questions in a very timely manner!"

The gym is top notch and I never have to wait for any equipment. The heated garage is a great convenience in winter. The walls are well insulated so we rarely hear our neighbors. Management is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be happier!!"
