It was also a pleasure dealing with her, she is very professional, well spoke and patiently took her time to ensure that I was able to pick out the best pair of sunglasses for me. As a matter of fact, I was so pleased that I actually purchased two pairs of the exact same model of Costa Del Mar's. "I ordered a pair of glasses at a sunglass hut at another location. After looking to exchange them for a different set of shades. Sunglass hut customer service told me I could go back to any sunglass hut location, and when I came here Nilu was little to no help. I then proceeded to inform her on the situation she stopped me and told me I couldn’t do that here and then proceeded to tell me to go to the Roger’s location. But then she said a manager could do it. She said she wouldn’t have a manager present until a different day. I understand some procedures are different in other locations but Nilu could've been more customer oriented or not so rude about the situation."

"Was directly lied to during the purchase of my glasses. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a certain type of glasses but was assured by sunglass hut that I should try them and that if I did not like them I could return with no questions asked. I also purchased the extra insurance on the glasses. The next day I decided these were not for me and went to return or swap them for something different and while I was in the store the employee spent ten minutes looking all over the glasses trying to find an imperfection. After they found a "tiny scuff" that could only be seen in certain lighting they informed me I was stuck with the glasses. At this time I told them that I had paid for the extra insurance and that if the glasses were "scuffed" to replace them under the insurance I paid for and then return the new pair. They informed me this was not possible and that once again I was stuck with the glasses. This is deceitful practice and I will make sure to tell everyone I can to never buy from sunglass hut."
