"A really decent shop. Not quite that local shop feel as this is franchised from out of state. But still a great shop. Note that they're all trek, and I personally prefer shops stock specialized instead. Because specialized has better saddles, tires, etc. but that's just me."

"Went in for a flat tire repair. Ended up getting my bike fully serviced for the season. Miles’s, being very knowledgeable on the subject, told me what I needed done and what I did not need done. I told him to do everything he could to make sure it was in the best riding condition possible and he worked on it for about an hour. Great customer service too. Overall, great experience."

"I went in to buy my first nice bike. I know pretty much zero when it comes to bikes and maintenance and wasn’t sure what I needed. I explained this to Mark and he was so incredibly helpful. I think I spent over an hour in the shop while he explained everything to me and gave me options for all the accessories I would need. He gave me low and high end options which I really appreciated.
