The worst possible people you could work with. Especially If God forbid you need their help for repair or maintenance, you are in for the nightmare of your life. If you can spend more and live somewhere else, DO IT! NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE!"

"The apartments are high-quality, well-maintained, housekeeper cleans the hallways and stairs every week they do a great job! Keeping the place nice and fresh! Tahjee was great help! and the other Guy in Office as well. I couldn't be happier with my new home and the staff running it is Very helpful Plus it's pet friendly, Suit Liv'n I do recommend!"

"I lived at 515 Village Dr in Marshall, MN. I moved in December 2022 and I was evicted February 2023. First the apartment had roaches, I informed the manager and nothing was done. The apartment below me was deemed un livable until it was deep cleaned due to the former tenant. Because of the roaches I ended up throwing a lot of my property away. I never received a mailbox key, so I was unable to get my mail. I was told that my lock was going to be changed because of the old tenant. When it was charged I was gone. I had to sleep in my car until the managers office opened the next day because no one answered the after hours line. The washers and dryers were broken. The hallways were full of trash, dirty and smelled bad. They never plowed the parking lot until they received complaints. The property manager at the time was Patrika and Tahjee. I was going through a lot of mental health problems. Patrika proceeded to threaten me in front of Shelly from the Lyon County UCap and my therapist. I filed a complaint with the head office and so did my therapist. Nothing was done about it and I was then evicted by Patrika. My deposit was kept and I was also charged an additional $2000 because they said I left the apartment dirty. Which is not true, I took before and after photos of my apartment before I moved out. I am not the only person who Patrika and Tahjee threatened and evicted. Yet the head office don't care."

"It was a nice experience working with Tahj’ee . He was super efficient with the communication throughout the whole entire process. Kind would be an understatement as well . He went out of his way on a publiv holiday and ensured we had a smooth transition into the Apartment and that stood out for me . Gotta big him up for that!!"
