"Easy check in. Comfortable room/bed. Nice no frills hot breakfast but tasted good and was complimentary. Has a pool/hot tub but wasn’t able to use in my short stay. Was clean. Would stay here again."

"Nice place. The young man behind the front desk was nice but didn't know how to do his job. Took 30mins for me to check in and wanted me to pay for the room (already paid for online with business card) with my personal card. He had to call someone for help and still had trouble."

"If the system allowed for me to give a zero stars I would. First we had 18 families staying at the hotel. Five had issues with their rooms, one had blood and mold stains all over their beds and rooms. Second and maybe even more disturbing the front hotel staff was, for lack of better terms, clinically insane, which I don’t take lightly and truly feel she needs psychiatric help. Not only our 18 families but another group 16 families experienced the same issues. Do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to avoid this hotel. No family should worry about their safety while paying nearly $200 a night to stay in a non luxury hotel! Absolutely pathetic and atrocious. I never wish ill will but I hope either this hotel goes out of business or its bought by new owners who actually care about their guests safety."

"Love the staff, they go above and beyond for their clients. Beds and breakfast are the best I've had since Yakima comfort Inn at Washington. Overall, earned 5 stars and would recommend it if you need a place to bunker down!"

"We were on a girls’s trip and heading home from Deadwood SD when we needed to stop and rest. The clerk at the desk was so awesome! Friendly, engaging, and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The TV had internet on it so we could watch what we wanted instead of flipping through 786 channels we didn’t want to watch! Breakfast was delightful. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK next time we have a girl’s trip. Thank You staff!"
