"The breakfast is not good! what really did it for me is that when I checked out, I asked is there a way to have the internet not turn off/reset or whatever it does to make me log back in every day at 1 to 2 am, and multiple times while I'm working in the morning. The logout every night at 1 or 2 am happens on ALL my devices. I was told to call the company on the "box" on the back of the tv. So, I'm guessing that whoever was there on Friday morning (3/1/24 ~ 1030am) when I checked out didn't want to deal with it or me. I use continuous internet service throughout the night and don't need to be woken up every night for this. Also, the person at checkout would not give me a receipt, only said that it will be given through Expedia."

"Great place will definitely stay again. The place is very clean they take pride in the work. The rooms are very nice . Mini fridge and microwave coffe maker etc beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. Fitness room is pretty good also. The best part tho is the breakfast. Wow just wow. Egg and cheese omelets sausage links fried potatoes biskets and gravy waffles hotcakes plus the normal cereal oatmeal toast yogurt type stuff plus more like hard boiled eggs bagels and list goes on. So yummy and a great way to start the day. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will be back and I now recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Marshall."

"I had my daughters first birthday party here . They were very nice and great to work with. We also stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean . I would recommend to anyone."

"Generally the place was clean with little signs of wear and tear. Rooms were good sized. Price was very good. If you're in Marshall MN this is a good place to spend the night."

"We booked a block of rooms for our wedding with sleep inn. From the start they were tough to work with. Took numerous phone calls to speak with a manager who could book the block for us. We also booked a few rooms with the block for ourselves and a few family members. We were charged the full rate instead of the block discount. Not a major issue but certainly annoying when trying to do bulk business. Lastly, we had some guests book for both Friday and Saturday because they would be showing up Saturday and couldn’t wait to check in at 3pm. Sleep inn acknowledged this and said it would be fine. When they arrived they were told the reservation had been cancelled, the room given away, and no rooms were available. When asked what options they had, a sleep inn employee told my pregnant friend “she should have planned accordingly”. Not only did they lie to them, but then to be told that in a vulnerable state while traveling, and not be given any other suggestions is unacceptable. In the end a room “miraculously” appeared open. And when asked if they’d like to know the price and replying no, the employee said “I guess you don’t have any options anyway”. I hope no one ever has this experience again with sleep inn. And I recommend you go else where with your hotel needs. If you have any issues make sure to stand your ground as some employees will be unprofessional and certainly unhelpful."
