"The Landlord Mark assaulted me and got a 5th degree assault charge pending. A publicly owned place managed by violent people. We are disabled and need this type of benefit, but when people like Linda and Mark who manage the place do everything they can to take money or say you did not pay just to cover up their own demised cunningness. It's sad that so many are unhappy here. No visitors allowed, they are rude and liers. Very bad place, if you don't believe this, just ask people standing around building they will tell you this place does not make them happy."

"when u move out and u had a last inspection and nothing was wrong with your apt and u were told everything is good the building manager his name is mark farrell, he will keep your damage deposit and he will get a hold of your renters tax rebate return and he wont send anything explaining why he is keeping your money."
