It's very close to the college, there's free WiFi, and the manager always finds a way to collaborate based on problems the apartments need fixing (be it interior damage, water pressure, electrical issues, rent, roommate issues, etc.) It's unfortunate that Shannon -- the current manager -- is resigning, but I can't wait to start collaborating with Anna!"

"Very bad management neighbors are very loud and when you tell the management abiut it they do nothing at all cause they have precious little favorite and people can basically do whatever they want as long as they are managements precious people it doesnt even deserve a one star rating only good thing is you get free WiFi and that's about it so if you aren't a favorite your basically nothing to management"

"Ruined my credit and set my financial livelihood in peril. I stayed at Jefferson Apartments for over a year and a half and most of it was alright. It was what I expected out of an apartment. However, management was terrible, unprofessional and only communicated via text. Something in my bathroom broke and four months later as I left the apartment, it was still unfixed. The apartments are small and cramped for the $700 a month they were asking, and the internet is completely useless. Do not go to Jefferson Apartments, do NOT give your business to Crown Management and don't go through Coldwell Banker."
