"Dr. Redmann ordered an expensive test for my daughter then we never heard back regarding the results, even after contacting the clinic. I believe they’re interested in making money, not treating patients."

"Our son took a very bad face plant and we ended up in the Children’s Hospital ER. His lip was completely lacerated so they determined it would be best to have an ENT repair it. Dr. Redmann and another surgeon came in to check him out and then come up with a plan. We ended up having his lip repaired in the OR. After the surgery, Dr. Redmann was unable to come talk with me due to an emergency but he went out of his way to come find me and my son in the pharmacy after we were discharged to let us know how everything went. I did not expect that at all and it was so incredibly kind of him to go out of his way to locate us before we left. The care we received was exceptional. It went above and beyond and made me as a mom feel completely comfortable and trusting of the care my son was in. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Redmann enough, he is an exceptional doctor and truly a wonderful human."

"Brought my son in to remove a foreign object from his ear. Was told that the first step was try to manually remove it and if that did not work then surgery would be our best bet. During the procedure they told my son that they were just looking in his ear with a flashlight. What they were actually doing is trying to remove the object. He got super upset and told them they were lying. Because of this it stressed him out considerably and they could not finish the procedure. They then told me that the surgeon had gone home so I would have to schedule it for a different day. Their bedside manner of lying to a patient is atrocious. Forcing me to come in on a different day because someone went home is also aggravating since I will have to take a second day off work now. Go somewhere else if you have the option and want to be respected by the staff."

"Last year they didnt return my or my husband's calls.. (before this they were actually responding) but dont know what happened (this happen 2 months before COVID-19 shut down) Took them a wk to have someone transfer our call to a nurse to talk about our child's ear infection from the meds they provided us, all they said was they well see her when her appt is up. As for now just monitor her ear. So we end up calling our family Dr. to check her ear.."

"Drs. Tibesar and Lander have both treated our son, they are simply amazing. There has never been an issue they weren't experts on, and we have had a lot over the years. They are a unique department within Childrens as they were a private practice for a few years before being brought back into the Children's world. I highly recommend them after 16 years of working with them!"
