"Absolute waste of time. Took two weeks to get a hold of Chip. Didn't reply to emails or phone calls. He finally answered, I delivered the furniture the following day. After a week I had to call back to find out the status of the repair. He stated he just finished and it was ready for pickup. I came the following day and the furniture was not fixed. Nothing had been done. Absolutely do not recommend."

"Messaged him in February about repairing movie chairs. He finally came to our home in March to look at the chairs. Chip then took parts of the chairs in order to order new identical ones. His service call requirement was a $50 check. A month later, I had never heard anything and was persistent in getting an update. Chip finally responded and claimed he got a new phone and lost all contacts. I decided it wasn’t worth the ridiculous hassle. Enjoy your free $50, Chip!"

He had to go back to his place to get the part fixed , he really went out of his was to make sure it was repaired before leaving. Price for repair was reasonable , I will definitely keep his phone number in my contact list. "I had two black leather couches to fix and Chip Riley is mending them. Chip is knowledgeable about his work, has good affordable rates, and let us have a couple of options on the work. I have one couch back and am absolutely satisfied with the results. The other couch will be completed by this week. Chip is courteous, patient, and attentive to detail.
