"Update: My floors are falling apart!!!!! It has only been 3 years and they shouldn't be crumbling like this. They already knew it was installed incorrectly and they are not standing by their work. I did not know there was a labor warranty of only a year and they won't warranty if you use a rolling chair. There are charges on our invoice that we were charged for but was not installed with our flooring. They have now come out and done a moisture test (which was fine) and the owners were supposed to call us but that was 7 days ago and we have not received a call. They don't care once the install is done and they won't make any more money off of you. I would avoid this company. Kyle was so very helpful. I can't wait to have them out to quote us new beautiful floors."

"I went to Southern Interior for blinds that my Neice had told me that is where she got hers. I walked in and didn’t realize they did everything. I am so glad at that point I had not yet done countertops, tile, fireplace tile, flooring etc. Donna began helping me and by the time I left they were going to do the rest of my home. Donna and I text, emailed almost daily, mainly with questions I had, never built before. All I can say is if I had known they did what they did my whole home would have been done by them. I had the best service they were there when they said they would be there , I never once worried about anything when I put it in Donna’s hands. I highly recommend them and I hope they know how much I appreciate everything from beginning until the end!"

"If you have time to wait and don’t need people at your house on time this company is great. This company did a remodel of my shower. I went from fiberglass insert to tile wall and quartz shower pan. The quartz shower pan did not drain, it was 1/4 an in. off on being level after being installed. It took six weeks to get the shower pan fixed, installed, and my shower glass doors properly placed back on. I paid 90% up front and then paid the remainder once the pan and tile were installed (first time). After I noticed the problem (one shower later) I talked to the owner and they came back out. They were 2-3 hours late every appointment to my house and it took four weeks to get the entire thing done to where it would drain. I was never compensated for anything, they got their money so it was on their time. If you have time to wait use them if not I would look else where…. I got a plumber within a week. And 75% down payment. He reached out to me and “apologized via email” after I sent multiple emails to catch him up on everything that was happening. I was more than patient and have all the emails that back that up. The review is made from honesty because I want people to hear the truth because people rely on reviews. Incentives are given for people to post reviews and I want the people to hear the truth. My shower was not complete until 9/7/23 and I made the down payment 7/27/23. Every time other than the initial quoting visit the guys were late. I had to call and ask the owner if his guys were still coming because they were so late. I’ve never mentioned compensation until the review. Just keep your minds open to business owners responses and do your research on reviews and company’s. Depending on your needs if it doesn’t need to be done in timely fashion then I would recommend this company, however, timely is what I needed. I even let the owner know that I had to take vacation time to be home for when his guys were there to get my shower done and it turned into three days of work because the shower pan was 1/4 an inch off and would not drain. My time did not matter, only theirs. This is all honesty not frustration. Mistakes happen we are human but the mistakes cost me time and money because I had to take off of work those three days to be there and then the workers were hours late and it was relevant my time was not respected."
