"This was the first apartment I moved in when I moved to Little Rock. The ladies that approved me & moved me in didn’t stay there long as I moved in. The new people that moved into the office called themselves went through all the files then pulled files that didn’t provide them a tax right off and evicted them before their lease was up and didn’t refund their deposit. I was one of the ones that were among those that was wrongly evicted prematurely (just shy of the end of my lease) and was told I would receive my deposit back yet to this very day I haven’t seen Jack. This was 3 years ago. I’m glad I don’t live there anymore because it was not the best experience due to the noise, shootings and me being a light sleeper. Not to mention they didn’t even try to melt the ice from the steps that were in dark places where the sun wasn’t able to shine to melt it. But I see they have since changed their name to try and deflect the bad rep that they have. I wouldn’t refer an enemy to rent there let alone someone with children in their custody. The saddest part of all is they literally did not lift a finger to help relocate those of us whom they wrongly prematurely evicted. I was literally homeless for 2 months because of them."

"I never lived at these apartments but I wasn’t impressed by the way they presented them. I had tried emailing and called 100 times to get some information about it but the call kept dropping and I went up there when they were suppose to be open and it was closed. I drove around just to check it out and there was trash just everywhere and apartments didn’t look in good shape, very disappointing and unprofessional."

"Office staff are incredibly nice. The interiors are updated. This complex does accept housing vouchers/section 8 for anyone inquiring. (Helpful to mention to save people some time.) However, I was visiting another complex adjacent to this one and they said it was rough and to be careful going here (as I was looking around); that police had been frequenting..."
