UCA Bear Village Apartments

UCA Bear Village Apartments, located at 2201 Moix Boulevard in Conway, Arkansas, offers two-bedroom apartments with shared living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens. Each apartment accommodates four students. The apartments feature two full baths, washer/dryer units, cherry cabinets, tile floors, black appliances, dishwasher, pantry, and select units even have French doors in the living room. Shuttle service to campus is available Monday through Friday.

The Bear Village C-Store in the center of the complex provides everyday shopping needs, including frozen foods, beverages, snacks, microwavable meals, candy, cookies, crackers, and health and beauty products. The apartments come furnished with central heat and air, internet in the bedrooms, loveseat, club chair, two twin beds, two dressers, one student desk/chair per bedroom, and kitchens equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and four bar stools. Microwaves and mini-fridges are allowed, and each unit has washer and dryer units.

Safety is a top priority at UCA Bear Village, with 24-hour access to the UCA Police Department. Residents are advised to keep their rooms locked and keys secure, reporting any security concerns to Residence Life Staff or UCA Police.
