"I lived here for 3 years they refused to fix anything my shower roof was falling out due to a leak from the person above me the just plastered over it and did not paint it had mold in my water heater closet door barley locked My bedroom door was Falling of the frame they said yes we will fix it 3 years later still not fixed unlivible and horrible don't move here and there are people living there that try to break in needs to be shut down DONT MOVE IN"

"Tower Management real estate out of Hot Springs currently running these can never keep staff. Last person they had running Donaghey office was Daniel and he was beyond great and professional. He shaped things up around here and made residents follow the rules. They now have someone currently In the office that is new to the industry and doesn’t know a thing! The property is back to backed up work orders, not answering office phones. And to top it off the new Maitenance guy is a resident that is behind on rent Himself. Very unprofessional work ethics I don’t recommend leasing here."
