"Does anyone work there! I’ve been in Conway for a year. Was looking at these apartments for months. No one ever answers the phone and no one is EVER in the office! They need better management!!"

"I've had mold in my apartment for over 5 months now and I've talked to everyone I can to try and get another apartment or it to be fixed and nothing has been done. I've has to go to the doctor for headaches and stomach aches because of it. Don't rent from these apartments. They haven't had an apartment manager for months and things don't get fixed like they should. I repeat do not rent from this property"

"I have been calling and going up to the office for about 2 months. The office manager is never there and never answers the phone much less returns calls. Last time I was there seeing if she was in office I stopped and asked someone walking when she is in and how to best contact for leasing. They told me even as current residents they can't ever get ahold of anyone amd she is rarely at the office."
