"I went to Prosper Pleasant Valley to inquire information about renting an apartment. I meet Mrs. Phenique Ford who was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. We went through the different floor plans and lease options. I think the front office set the tone for communication within the office staff and Mrs. Phenique Ford was very pleasant and knowledgeable with details of the complex."

"Visited My Grandma Here A Year Or Two Ago Since She Was & Still Is A Resident Here. I Was Sitting At The Park/Outside For Most Of The Day When I Was Approached By A Black Man Who Works Here (I Guess He Was The Manager) Saying That I Needed To Leave Because I Was "Loitering" Around The Property. Didn't Ask Me If I Was There Visiting Someone, Didn't Ask Me If I Knew A Tenant There, He Just Automatically Assumed The Worst. I Refused To Leave & Didn't Feel The Need To Explain Why I Was There Since I Didn't Do Anything & Since He Was Very Unprofessional & Ignorant. This Man Called The Police On Me & When The Police Arrived They Manhandled Me & Tried To Haul Me Off In Cuffs On False Charges Of "Loitering", The Police Called Me A Liar When I Told Them I Was There Visiting My Grandma & The Manager Also Told The Police I Was "Being Disruptive" Even Though I Hadn't Said A Word To Him. My Grandma Had To Come Out Of Her Unit To Basically Confirm My Story & Stop Them From Taking Me To Jail. Never Received An Apology From Police Or Management. Disgusting Human Beings Should Not Be Allowed To Get Away With Things Like This & Still Keep Their Jobs. Be Careful Being Outside Too Long When You're Visiting Someone At This Place! They Might Call The Police On You For "Being Outside Too Long""

"Should have read the reviews before signing the lease. There are cockroaches everywhere. They overcharged than what they told in the application. They showed one unit, then gave another unit. The unit manager Nadia and Tina were rude, careless and unprofessional. Told me to meet at 2pm then do not receive a call nor reply to emails, kept me outside standing for 2 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. (Pictures uploaded are the condition when they handed me over the unit)"

"Tree fell on the roof during the microburst in September 2023. It’s currently January 2024 and the only response I’ve gotten is they are still looking at vendors. My ceiling and fireplace leaks every time it rains. I’ve sent numerous emails without response. I’ve called multiple times without an answer. I had to physically walk into the office to get an answer. There are huge cockroaches all over the kitchen and was told I’m on a waitlist for pest control and they are looking for a new pest control vendor. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle; move somewhere else."
