"0 Stars. The entire building stinks, smells of cigarettes', urine, and MUST. They shut off water randomly for hours. Elevator is filthy. Residents are loud and ghetto and weird. Laundry room is nasty and never works- just go to a laundromat. This building needs to close down. I have to spray my car, my clothes, and my apartment daily to wash away the smell of this horrid building. Do not move here. RUN!! Consider sleeping in your car before you rent here. My lease is up next month and I cannot wait. I've never lived in a place like this in my life."

"My brother has lived here, for a number of years. My lady friend lived there, a number of years, before then. It's nothing special, but not too bad. The view is decent, but there's a lot of noise and traffic, nearby."

"Keeps telling me that my apartment will be ready by a certain time, already told them that my current landlord knows that I’m moving so I have to be out by a certain day and it’s still not ready??? Seriously third time they have said my apartment would be ready soon and it’s not Edit: I moved out that next August because my neighbor was a drunk who kept trying to break in at night or would play ridiculously loud music or try to start stuff in the hallway and management wouldn't ever do anything. I wait till now to update my review because I was traumatized"

"I live there in 2009 when it was Plaza Towers, it was horrible! Druggies and drunks everywhere. The managers name was Kathy and she was constantly nit-picking me an my son about our cat. While 3 other neighbors on the same floor had cats, she didn't say a word to them, and 1 elderly lady had like 3 cats in her apt. I see these 2 reviewers are saying "gr8 management", they've probably had around 7 different managers since we moved out and we only lived there 5 months. And you couldn't even go to the swimming pool without being around a bunch of annoying drunks. This certain group of people hung out in the pool area constantly and hogged up the bbq grill area so much, I never saw any other tenants use it. I could write a book about that scumhole apt complex. But I think I've said enough"
