"My leasing consultant Whitley was very helpful with me and patient. Very professional and communicated well. Love the property and along with what it comes with. My Conway Corp isn’t high at all being that I had my internet and cable included with rent. ( I was told that I had a choice whether I wanted their services or Conway Corp) It’s well worth it. My son loves his room, everything is spacious to us. I had a problem with my stove light and kitchen light I used the online service website they provided in the night and literally the next day I come home from work and my lights were fixed. Love it. Management to me is well put together. I definitely will keep residing here."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND STONE RIDGE APARTMENTS! I had surgery and was down for 2 weeks. I communicated this with them. This was my first time ever being late on it and it was for a good reason I always pay my rent on time. One lady in the office was willing to work with me the other one was very rude and disrespectful. I paid what I owe them plus the late fees I needed to pay. Well the other disrespectful lady left a note on my door telling me I owe another 100 dollars of late fees! I'm trying to figure out how when I already paid what I owed and the other lady told me that it was fine and that was all I had to pay . The office has lack of communication! And very unprofessional! I asked the lady for corporate number she wouldn't give it to me. On the other hand when I first moved in in it was roach infested! My dish washer was discusting and it still is. They haven't replaced that yet! I went 3 months without a microwave just fixed that 2 months ago. Alot of maintenance and management problems. I wouldn't waste my time to these money hungry ignorant ppl. How is this suppose to be an income based apartments when I'm getting treated like this!"
"Lived here before and had to move out. Then decided to move back because they are nice apartments but you have to pay for services that you don’t even want now. Plus the management can’t keep up with anything. They keep “files” of your record in boxes in an attic according to their current manager. The internet is horrible by itself. You only get 3 to 4 megabytes per second! And you can’t get it changed!!! Their corporate ignores your calls and messages and they do not respond at all! Look somewhere else because their management is not willing to help anyone with the attitudes they have! Pathetic performances they are displaying!"
"The staff that moved us in was very nice and repaired everything. After management changed during our stay, the staff was still beautiful. The last management is the worse I have ever met. The office personnel is just as bad. I stated to them I was moving and I would pay whatever my balance due. My daughter went to the office to turn in the keys and to clear the final bill. The site manager met her out side the door. She check the mail and gave her the keys after she walkedher to the vehicle to get the other keys. She did not allow her time to talk and tell her the keys wasn't working, all she wanted for me to get off the premises. We got no notice we were banned from the premise, but was treated as a criminal. When asked about the bill the site manager said it would be mail to us. Not explaining anything to her. Time will not permit me to write my bad experiences with this new office personnel. I have lived in several apartments, but this is the worst of all. I'm sure you will continue to move people's in and out on a monthly basis. A very rude personnel. They need training in how to treat the residents, every contract was signed by adults, not children."
