"I moved into the Villas about a month ago. It is a nice, clean and quiet community with a beautiful view of the Arkansas river. I moved into a one bedroom unit with new floors and new carpet. Emily made the application and lease process seamless and painless. I have had a couple of minor mechanical issues since I moved in however maintenance has been very prompt and thorough in addressing the issues. Hats off to Jared on the maintenance team for all of his help. My dog has enjoyed walks around the beautiful property and playing in the dog park. I am looking forward to summer and pool season. The complex has two nepture pools that bookend each end of the property as well as a jacuzzi tub attached to each pool along with plenty of cabanas and gas grills. There are many more amenities to this property, too many to list in a review. My advice would be if you are looking for fine apartment living in the Maumelle area, come take a tour of the Villas. You won’t be disappointed."
