"Cons: We've been living here for almost 3 years, and things have been going downhill since we moved in. We had to leave our first apartment because of bug and mold infestations. We had the same issues when we switched apartments. Management changes often. Some of the neighbors and kids can be extremely noisy and inconsiderate. Windows in both apartments we've been have been molded, not properly sealed, and depending on where your bedroom is, very stuffy. Pros: Maintenance and Pest Control is actually really good about coming out to fix issues. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. All units come with a washer and dryer. Decent sized kitchen, but lacks in some cabinet space. It's ok if you're looking for something temporary, but be prepared to have to make some concessions on living conditions."

"I have stayed here for a while and I must say 2020 has been the most peaceful year thus far! The management staff has done a great job on maintaining a safe well diverse environment. Ketra has zero tolerance on all aspects when it comes to community standards not being met. She has shown us that she is a manager that actually cares about the property and her residents! The entire office staff makes our concerns their priority when previous management has shown differently. I had some concerns before she came and I was about to put in my notice until I sat down with Ketra and she was able to address every one and I ended up rescinding my notice as a result. You all should commend her on her continuous efforts and how hard she works to maintain this property and keep her tenants taken care of."

"I hope this alert the property owners and investors. I have been locked out of my apartment for no apparent reason. My things have been removed. I don't understand why people such as the management in charge are allowed to treat tenants in horrible fashion and still maintain their positions. This is by far the most horrific treatment from an apartment manager that I have ever faced. I can't give this management team a good rating. My lease is not up, so their is no reason for this action of cruelty to tenants. Thank you."

"I currently stay out in the Gables. The management team is great. They are friendly. They are willing to help with any problems that you are having. Overall, I think the Gables are a nice place to live. I am satisfied with my living status at The Gables. Therefore, i am looking to see new faces..."

"I have stayed her less than a year and my stay has been Great! The issues that I did have were addressed and handled in a prompt manner. The apartment manager Dee is wonderful. I see a lot of people bashing her on here and it's not cool. She is a very professional and educated woman that handles herself accordingly. I feel like the shots that are being fired at her maybe a little extra and unnecessary. If there is ever an issue she handles it professionally and according to the policies and procedures within our lease. She keeps this property looking awesome and very well kept. We all have to be mindful that you have to give respect to receive it. Being an apartment manager isnt a easy task and she does a great job! People are on here complaining about bad kids etc. Yes there are alot of kids out here and they have some ruff edges but it takes a village! Thanks Dee for all that you do and keep being you!"
