"I don't like even sharing this. This is the hiking trail behind West ridge apartments. Tho the city did bull doze some of it down. This is where people live and how nature is taken care of in most of little rock. So I've been to different towns and you will not see nature like this of any sort. I have no understanding to this what do ever. Who ever takes care of this town obviously needs to build a dumpsight or something. Build a extra something or hire a team everyday to keep it clean. Do NOT EVER dig for worms in this city. YIKES. WARNING signs need to be put up for sure."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have lived here almost a year. We were told we would have a remodeled, updated apartment when we moved in. The apartment we got (that we paid extra to have) is not at all what we were promised. It wasn’t even cleaned from the last tenant before we moved in, which was absolutely disgusting. Our air conditioner has not worked properly since we moved in, and no one seems to be concerned. It will be 100°+ degrees outside and 85° inside the apartment. We have been told multiple times that maintenance is going to come fix it or check the outside unit, and they have failed to do either. They said that because it’s “blowing cold air” that it’s basically working fine. The apartment is uninhabitable and my electric bill is $200+ a MONTH because the air conditioner is running non stop and not cooling anything. Plus, they put an air filter in that doesn’t even fit our unit. The office people ignore emails and really don’t seem to care at all about the people who live here. I have been begging for help with this air conditioner. Also, to add on to some things. They don’t care about vehicle break ins or domestic violence in the parking lots, but god forbid you park outside the lines a little bit in your parking spot. I have had the worst experience living here. I expected a little more give-a-damn from the workers here. I’m just genuinely disappointed."

"Apparently I am paying for the “deluxe” apartment. But have the same floors as the regular apartments. The carpet was from the last people & had animal hair in it before I even brought my cats over. My ceiling is painted different off white colors. My floor has water damage as well as most of the cabinets. My railing on the balcony is morphed. My vent was taped on. The only reason my apartment looks good is because I had to go though & repaint everything & I’ve spent over 2000$ trying to make it look nice. I’m paying more money for a terrible apartment. I’ve had a different apartment at this same complex & it was beautiful with new carpets & new hardwood but now that I am paying more I have more issues. #upset"
