"[EDIT] The owners’ response to my review was clearly written by an AI. They couldn’t even waste time with a genuine response. Had to deal with constant maintenance problems like no hot water for two months throughout the entire apartment when we initially moved in. No cold water in the guest bathroom for the last six months of our lease. Major water leaking problems due to flooding and plumbing that were never fully taken care of in the two years lived in this property. All these problems were told and documented to the proper channels but took usually took weeks for maintenance person to eventually come to 'fix' the issue. Often, the office was either closed due to unknown reasons at times stating that it was open when trying to contact via phone them would result in no answer. To note: Northwest Hill underwent an ownership change within the time of our lease. They struggled to have any maintenance person for several weeks during the ownership transition. Once they were able to hire a maintenance person, they were so overwhelmed with work orders that this further contributed mounting plumbing (and eventually mold) problem in our complex. In most of the problems reported, the resolutions given were usually didn't solve the problem and only lead to show a greater problem with the apartment complex's faulty plumbing system. I would not recommend living here unless you want to pay for overpriced rent in an shady apartment complex run by a company that does not care about its' tenants."

"If you want to have maintenance problems every other day, this will be a great place to live. No one ever answers the phone!!! You have to talk to an answering machine. Emergency maintenance, doesn’t emerge to your problem. These apartments are a rip off! Don’t waste your time nor money."
