"I love living here!!!! First off, Justin and his team are amazing! The apartments are super fancy and I love the size of my one-bedroom. One of the best parts of living here is the peace of mind. There are cameras in the breezeways, doorbell cameras, and HA is gated! If I ever have a maintenance request, they are so quick to come. I love living here, I don’t want to live anywhere else! :)"

"Hampton Astoria is the first apartment complex in which I’ve been a resident that provides a true sense of community. (And I’ve lived in several different apartments across the south…they are the first to know me by my name rather than a number.) Everyone’s pets are considered family and they host some really fun events. Management and maintenance are present and work to resolve any concerns diligently. The property is well-lit, quiet, and safe. I highly recommend!"

"Living here has been the BEST DECISION EVER. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I have NO complaints whatsoever. Justin, and the management team are just ROCKSTARS. They are always on top of everything, keeping everything under control, planning little gathers and parties for all of us and just being an awesome team for Hampton Astoria. "I’m very thankful for Austin! He helped me so much and I hope he didn’t get in trouble for it. I had things change at work & had to fly out of town the day I was scheduled to have movers come, I brought cupcakes & a card for him hope he got it! I’m truly blessed to have the opportunity to live @hamptonastoria thank you! Construction for the new part will be over soon. Read all the reviews- ask for Austin he’s the best! They are quick to repair things, parking is strict & limited and should be…until contractors leave there may be limitations. However, this place is perfect for me. No too big of development- community atmosphere. Perfect location - SAFE great property values surrounding. Perfect proximity to the Promenade & a clean Walmart (Hwy10). I love it here. Thank you!"

"I absolutely love living here. I had a issue with my microwave. The light kept on staying on. I filed a maintenance request and the replace the entire door the same day. I absolutely love our management. Austin is a dear there’s lovely people here. I’m so thankful and blessed to be able to live here. My last apartment took forever to get anything repaired. Everything is brand new and I absolutely love living here."
