"I highly suggest talking to the tenants and doing a drive through of this place first!!! I should have!! told me to apply for an apartment…they told me the one I was getting. Then when I finally got approved, they told me the one I applied for wouldn’t be ready for a month!! Then they moved me to the third floor (with a lab and health issues from chemo) into an apartment that was not even cleaned it finished!! It smelled like smoke and I don’t smoke in my home!!! I sent them the pics weeks ago bc I don’t want to lose my deposit over them NOT doing their job. I was in property management for 13 years and I would’ve never rented an apartment out like that for what I had to pay to get into it. And update..I’ve lived here 4 months and so far…maintenance is the hardest thing to get done here. I have now 3 times tried to get my dishwasher fixed. 3!! Got a finished work order saying they came by and no one was here and they called. Nope! No missed call and I’m starting to feel like they just like taking my money and telling me it’s gonna get solved. I will never rent an apartment ever again. And as soon as my lease is up…so am I. You’d think $1,000 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment would be enough for someone else to pick up your dogs poop at this point bc there are barely any amenities that they promise on their website. No playground, no tanning bed, and the clubhouse smells like smoke and missing pool balls at the pool table. Plus the apartment they gave me was NOT move in ready for they gave me an outdated not clean or anything apartment. It still smells like smoke and I don’t smoke in my home! I’ve done reached out to them several times about this without getting anything done so far. So if you’re one of those people that depends on people keeping their word…you’re better off with a small mom and pop landlord at this point with a house. Management is horrible!!! They’re illegally charging people different prices. They gave me a run down apartment on the 3rd floor in recovery. Oh and if I could post the pics…this is not $1000 a month apartment. That’s for sure! Don’t waste your time or money here! You’ll be taken advantage of!!!! Oh and let’s not forget the $70 a month water bill I pay through them. Have no dishwasher. Don’t take baths, just showers bc the tub is so big. Also they say aggressive breeds are prohibited. 3 of my neighbors had pit bulls. They also that these are luxury apartments…but they are definitely not that! They have a window units in quite a few of the units (people with garages paying good money for this), quite a few of the garage doors are broke, limbs and trees down everywhere. The pictures on the website are doctored up. Take a drive through there and see for yourself and ask the tenants how THEY feel! My neighbor hasn’t had heat and they’re not helping at all with that! They’ll show you an apartment but yours won’t look anything like it! Black mold in my air intake and where the water heater is. My immune system is compromised from chemo. But they still stuck me there regardless. Safety Violations galore!!! if you have to have any kind of meeting with them, film it! They will tell you they didn’t say it!! Also they claim to change the prices at different times. How does that work? So they can charge you $1000 for a $700 apartment. They don’t salt the sidewalks either and I slipped and fell. They won’t replace any of the safety lighting on the building and stairs. How many other people have they done this too and blamed it on the girl who doesn’t work there anymore??? And the response on the internet does not match the response in person. These people are slumlords!. They took advantage of the fact that I was 8 months out from chemo and I disclosed I needed a lower level apartment bc of the recovery…they still did this to me. They blatantly ignored my requests stuck me on a third floor apartment farthest away from the office and with a lab and kid. I’ve contacted the FHA with all of my evidence of how they are doing people. They discriminate here!! If you’re white, you’ll pay more!!"

"These are by far the worst apartments I have stayed in. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My garage door has been broken for 2 months and I honestly believe they have no plans on resolving the issue. We put in a ticket the beginning of December and never heard anything back. A couple weeks later I received an email the ticket was closed. The next day, maintenance called and informed me the garage guys would be out to take a look. When they came out, they told me it would need to be replaced. Now it is February and still nothing. I've called and left messages, but nobody returns the calls. Finally someone answered last week and told me they sent the bid to the reginal manager and were waiting on a response. I was told I'd receive a call back with an update, but a week later and no call back. Yesterday I literally called the office 12 times. No one picked up and no one ever returned my call. For $1700 a month you would think they would value their residents. If the apartment was vacant and someone was moving in, they would replace the garage door with no problem. They wouldn't lease an apartment with a broken garage door, but I'm expected to just deal with it because they do not want to pay to replace it. They are quick to take money, but slow when it comes to anything that does not benefit them."

"I went for a tour and liked it! Will probably live here. These are pics of their staged one bedroom apartment. They have “classic” layout (older) and the “renovated”. These are pics of the classic, which I think were still very nice. The patio size is incredible. The tub and bathroom are big too!"

"I gave this place 3 stars only because, yes, the people in the office are very nice and friendly, especially before you move in, as to the maintenance and general upkeep they don't deserve any stars. I moved in 3 days after I was told I could. The apartment was NOT clean and the maint guys were there putting light fixtures back up, for 6 hours! I never received a fob for my garage door and they removed 2 smoke detectors from my apartment. Now with the new people I'm sure I'll be charged for all of it. I'm paying for an upgraded apt and it clearly is not, I asked about it but never heard back. Don't trust people when they write your issue on a sticky note."

"I have lived here for five years I still enjoy living here. But there's room for improvement. The dog fence on patio next to me is unsanitary and the smell is deployable. Have reported but no change. Also dogs not being keept on leashes. A big white dog charged me and jumped up on me thankfully it didn't bite me. Even before COVI-19 amenities where barely usable. Pool unavable, never any gass in grill,you play $200.00 a hour to use the club house which is absolutely ridiculous. You are charged three dollar for pest maintenance never seen anyone spray, they never change the air filters and when asked they are usually out. Its not the big thing that make it difficult to live here, like the smell of pot being smoked in your cordoor, or kids jumping up and down and you think the ceiling goinna cave in. It's all the little things. BIG UP DAT I still live here but this place is so nasty now. And they still go up on the rent every year"
