They also told me that he was pushing another house on them when they wanted my home. So I should of known then he could not be trusted. 2nd when he approached me with their offer, he stated that they would pay for all of the closing costs. I even repeated back that if they would pay for all of the closing costs I could sell for that price. Get to closing, I find out that I was paying for all of the closing costs. When I asked Zach what happened to them paying closing costs he stumbled all over himself stating he can't recall that. If anyone deals with him get it in writing anything that he agreed to do. Also make sure he is showing your home."
