"I arrived early and the staff was able to accommodate which was amazing. My first staff member I had an encounter with was Corey! She was thoughtful and very courteous. She deserves a gift card and a free lunch! Parking our tour bus with trailer was a breeze. The maintenance and housekeeping staff that I engaged with in passing all were very polite and gracious! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"I stopped in at 3am this morning and the night auditor was able to get me a room and in quickly. The rooms and hotel were extremely nice. The parking lot was well lit and was able to fit my truck and car hauler. The only issue I had was with the toilet. It took a long time for it to fill back up with water so you could flush it again. I’m sure a simple fix and I told the morning shift. I would stay again if I’m in the area."

"UPDATE Event manger did reach out to correct issue. Thank you for taking initiative to correct the issue. To share a snippet of a recent event. How events are booked needs to be addressed. We booked a conference, while I understand other events may be booked as this is the convention center and space is available, but there should be consideration of what the event is. Our entire event was ruined by loud music in the morning by one event and then in the evening by another. This is unacceptable. You cannot book events like this together. If you cannot accommodate then you need to decline the event as it causes conflict or let the booking party know this will be an issue do you want to proceed. This is unacceptable and an overlooked scheduling issue by the event staff and needs to be addressed. You spend too much money to book a quality space and as such your event should not be ruined because poor planning from event planning. It’s embarrassing. The event manager that was present was excellent. She understood the complaints along with other staff and they knew how the events were booked was an issue. No one offered us to move to another space to help with the loud music. We will not use this space without knowledge of other events that are occurring around as well. Terrible experience."

"I've stayed at worse hotels but for the price I feel like this should have been a lot nicer. The beds and pillows were comfortable, so that's good. Towels are scratchy and in short supply. The hot tub wasn't very warm and my roommate got food at the restaurant downstairs and said it was really bad. Probably wouldn't stay again unless I had to."

"Front desk personnel was amazing, room amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. This will be our go to hotel on our return trip from Ft. Campbell. Talking to other guests many of them also choice this hotel on trips in and out of Houston area. Hotel at its best without the Mobile 5☆ price tag. WAY TO GO!"
