"Do not rent from these horrible people they steal money while you have to deal with no water, no heat, and roaches. I've never lived with pests and I have proof from our pediatrician that my children cant live where pests are. They didn't care! And are not sympathetic to any crisis you are having."

"The office people and worker's were great, but some of the tenant's didnt pay attention and abide by the speed limit sign of 10mph or the music from their vehicle so please do! If you aren't to have your TV or Radio loud enough to bother your neighbors then people who come on the property should turn their vehicle music down!"

"Stayed here, and for the price got a nice two bedroom apt. Had terrible issues with the neighbor who smoked (I am allergic to smoke)so much we could not breath in part of the house, however the complex did everything they could to fix the situation. and we managed to just close off the second bedroom until we moved out. In the year of us being there I found the complex to dramatically improve and I would recommend to anyone."

"Most of these reviews were written with the old management. we have new managers now and they do their job good. Even seen them driving around the parking lot after they get off work to make sure everything is the way it should be. The only thing i found wrong was the kids running around the complex screaming and yelling. That's only really noticeable if you're outside. The apartments are in nice condition. (both the efficiency and the two bedroom i've lived in here) The whole complex gets sprayed monthly for bugs so there's no chance of infestation. Maintenance gets taken care of quickly (always within the same day and if not it's early the next morning) manager ladies are really kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cheap place to live."
