"After staying there and being swindled into a different rental agreement I probably would not choose to stay in their establishment again I lost more money than I gained staying there as a resident. I truly believe that no one wants to be unrighteously treated and feel that there is nothing you can do about it price gouging is something that I I am extremely against as well as taking advantage of the disabled. The low-income unit I applied for which was supposed to be 255.00 a month the property manager raised it up from 255 to 587 a month plus I had to pay an additional deposit on top of the one that I already paid which was 150 + 130 as well as the $506.14 for the first month's rent the apartment that I applied for was supposed to be 2:55 a month which left me in a bind with no choice but to let the apartment go I was swindled enter this agreement at the very last moment and most probably will not choose to rent any more properties from whoever controls those establishments again. Those people truly do not have a heart nor are they looking out for the best interest of the disabled just trying to line their pockets with as much money as they can in this world. I truly don't see a problem with people trying to get ahead just as long as you're not messing over anyone else that doesn't have nearly as much to do it. And at this point I still have yet to get my $280 deposit back and it's been well over 10 business days after moving out."

"I like it here but the gate is never closed. They are people with additional vehicles taking up two spots instead of giving others with health issues a chance to maybe park In the visitors parking. The property don't have all the lights on the property illuminated and being that this is a high crime area those that are older are afraid to go out at night. The neighborhood watch has been cancelled out by management, the security guards can't watch over this particular property due to their responsibility to other properties. But it was stated that they get paid to watch these properties without the help of the community."
