"I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone I dislike. It is named appropriately. It is infested with flys, gnats, and mosquitoes due to the creek. My apt was next to Nichols Dr. 3 times I complained my patio was flooding due to rain coming down the steep slope from the street almost coming into my front room ruining my furniture. A friend of mine became sick due to black mold in her bathroom. She moved and was promised two months rent to be given back to her. She only got one. A policeman representative showed up to speak to management. Because the police were responding there almost on a daily basis. They would have offered help on better screening of new occupants was my guess. I also noticed the bath tub and wall was not cleaned. It was painted white. When hot water hit the paint it bubbled. I ask myself if police are tired of responding to calls if they can reach out to the government and yank section 8."

"Will definitely be filing a lawsuit. Management has tried to illegally evict me 3x. This last time they threatened to get my section 8 housing taken if I didn't comply with a mutual lease breakage agreement. Have that conversation on video and others with staff of them incriminating themselves. Had a issue with a upstairs neighbor who at 3,4,5 in the am would disturb my sleep. Showed them proof and nothing was done. But they listen to her lies of saying I did this and that threatening her and was a clear lie. The owners I'm sure are unaware of the horrible staff here I would like to believe. Anyways, I have mad proof of harassment . Hell I was given a eviction notice the day after I was shot at in here. Literally no fault of my own. They just here my name in it and said evict him with no investigation on the matter. Will definitely file a lawsuit soon."

"Don’t not I repeat do not move in here. The staff here are rude and never communicate. They will have you sign a affidavit saying they have no roaches and you won’t bring any. Guess what they do have roaches. Big infestation problem. They have you signing rights away before you even see or move in. Also, recently my car was vandalized. Someone put sugar in my gas tank. It’s been a week and nobody has tried to view the cameras. Not even the police ! Also, the young kids here had a man come through and rob them out his car. The parents told the managers and guess what they did nothing. No police report or anything. This apartment complex is old and run down. If I don’t have to hurry and find a place I would have never moved in here. At this point I’m contacting the owners and most likely suing for negligence. Don’t move in these hellholds"
