"The management was great. They worked with me to get me in an apartment. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. This is great great place to live. I’d recommend to anyone"
"They told me that my boyfriend would be approved even though he had a misdemeanor when he was 18 for weed, then didn’t respond for weeks. After calling them, they finally told me we got denied and I had no time to prepare since I thought we would be approved there. We never received a formal denial letter which is illegal. And they denied us our application fees back. Not only did they lie, but is a complete violation of the fair housing rules since I know many people that live there with misdemeanors. Not to mention my mom works for the prison and knows many people on probation there for worst crimes. But my black boyfriend can’t be accepted for something he did once when he was 18? Even though he gets tested for sports and hasn’t done weed since that incident. But they told us it was fine beforehand when they met me, but then they saw he was black and changed their minds? Seems like discrimination."
