"It's under new management and the owner is very very very demanding and rude. He will true to talk to you any kind if way.They treat you like your in jail and racist too. I move out too have peace in my life and too keep my sanity. The owner is in my prayers very very much."

"I enjoyed my apartment itself here. Fairly new, very nice apartments. I have had trouble with neighbors from the beginning. Management fails to address any issues you have. My hood of my vehicle was damaged from a boy playing with a basketball around the vehicles and I was left to pay for the damages, I smell marijuana inside my apartment almost daily. My neighbors have traffic in and out of their apartment constantly and take the one assigned parking space I have. People drive very fast through the parking lot so be careful if you have small children. This is also section 8 and if I had known that I would not have moved here."

"The apartments are AMAZING, beautiful, & spacious. The rent is reasonable. You do have a small flowerbed near your apartment if you live on the ground floor. The neighborhood/neighbors are another story. When the manager was on-site, there was no speeding through the parking lots day & night, no cars being broken into, no loud music/fighting, items weren't stolen, no condoms left at the mailboxes, people took their pets out to the field to poop, or picked it up, & it was always easy to park near your apartment. Now, people will have multiple friends over, & block all of the guest spots, & the assigned slots. People without Handicap tags are parking in Handicapped spots. Others toss their trash into your yard, on the ground, wherever. Management is sympathetic to the issues, but as they're not on-site anymore, are not able to enforce things as well."
