"I scheduled an appointment on the website and provided all of my private details and insurance information. On the day of my appointment, the doctor said she didn't know about my appointment. She didn't seem able to check their website and she had no idea how to verify my insurance herself. She told me I would have to wait until someone was in the office to do this. I drove from South Minneapolis to their office on Grand Ave in Saint Paul for nothing. So unprofessional! Fortunately, there's a reliable Chinese medicine provider right around the corner from this place and they accept any Health Partners insurance."

"I was very excited to get acupuncture to help me quit smoking. This place seemed good so I called and asked how much a session would cost. The woman on the phone told be it would be $85. After my session the person behind the counter told me I owed them $185. I said I was confused because I was told it was $85 and they said the consultation fee is $100. Fine. But at least tell me that then, instead of misleading me to think something is within my budget when its not. Plus she wanted to see my 2x a week with no sliding fee scale option available...who can afford that? She also gave me some sort of medicine which she gave me no information about. Would not recommend, there are better places."

"Dr. Ren is wonderful and the best in her field. Her skills with Chinese herbs are second to none. Her clinic and everyone she brings in are absolutely amazing. From my allergies to my sciatica this clinic has served me well."

"Dr Ren visited my 95-yr old mother at her assistant living apartment. My mother had a stroke last spring and she cannot walk and has been advised not to try to transfer herself without calling an aide to assist her. So she has a call button that she wears around her neck. She said the treatment was very good, but Dr Ren had to leave for another appointment and left my mother naked on the massage table without even giving her back her call button or trying to find someone to help her. So she was stuck there until someone came. We are disappointed because the treatment was very good, but this is unacceptable."
