"Hello! Please do not trust the property manager. Snake oil sales like tactics when it comes to getting people into the building. I had multiple conversations with her about all the options I would have about moving in since I was moving from another state. She acted very flexible with how the non-refindable deposit could be rolled over to a new unit if I needed more time and was so welcoming and accommodating. I found myself needing to push back the move in date due to family and economic issues and she switched up the tune very quickly. They of course have a high demand in the area so they must feel entitled to behave this way. Believe the negative reviews."

"My hubby and I moved here from Texas in 2014. We love living here. Depending on the upstairs neighbors, it's generally quiet. My husband recently passed away, but I will stay put. Great neighbors who have become important friends. Management is sometimes overly picky, but that's what makes this a great place to live."

"The price is affordable, and I love the location of it, the maintenance was on point, and the pool was kept clean, BUT the only thing I didn’t like was the nosy neighbors. If you get an apartment in front of the office expect that. And the manger will not let you breathe lol she ALWAYS had something to say or put a letter on your door. (something petty)but other then that very quite and peaceful.. just depends on who your neighbors are lol."
