"I would give them a zero if possible! my husband came to this place in January last year didn't even leave the lobby because they were having "computer issues" n there xray Machine "wasn't working". He has an appointment coming up and he needs xrays well he can't get them done at the dentist he's going to because S-thetics charged him for xrays and an exam. He got wrongfully charged, he didn't even leave the lobby so how is it they can charge for something that was never done!! so now we have to deal with our insurance and try to make it so he's able to get the xray he needs to get the right help. Just wrong to do to someone this place should be shut down!!"
"Last year my wife went here to get two fillings in her teeth. The staff seemed nice she said and it seemed to go fine. A year later one of my wife's fillings fell out! So she saw another dentist to see what was up. The dentist said that whoever put these fillings in here did a terrible job cause they were so loose, and what was worse is they didn't even take out the cavity before putting in the filling as the cavity was still under the fillings! My wife takes pretty good care of her teeth, but she left with worse teeth from S-thetic dental than when she came in. Now we have to spend even more money to fix the mistakes of the dentistry work at this office. I have to repeat this, I paid money for the dentists here to lie about fixing my wife's cavities. I am not saying this as a spiteful customer, but as a genuinely concerned consumer to those interested in going here. DO NOT go to this dental office, they clearly do not hold a professional standard of the work that is expected of a dental office. If you are looking for a dentist in the same area, check out Dentistry For The Entire Family instead."
"Havent gone to the dentist in years, this location was able to get me in to check on my broken tooth. Everything went smooth and the repaired 2 cavities with no issues. Everyone seemed welcoming and professional. One thing I would say negative is one of the arm rests was broken in the chair I was sitting at for my visit. I suggest they fix that asap."
"I went here 3 years ago and the experience has been haunting me ever since. I'm not one to leave reviews on businesses because as someone who works in customer service I believe reviews are left by cranky untrustworthy snitches with opinions that don't matter. I'd like to let you know what I think of this place because it was that bad. The first thing I noticed was it was dirty, like no one had ever dusted. I went in for a teeth cleaning and I felt like an object on a conveyor belt. The dentist answered questions lazily after a heavy sigh. They ran out of time and said I had to schedule a second cleaning. When I went back for a cleaning, they decided to work on a cavity instead without telling me. They put Novocain in my mouth without telling me. When they asked me a question and everything I said came out in a slur I thought something was wrong with me and I had a panic attack. They looked me in the eye and said "what's wrong with you" in an annoyed voice. Once I got over the surprise of Novocain I calmed down and made it through the appointment. They gave me a referral for dental surgery that they couldn't figure out how to email to the surgeons office. I remember laughing with the receptionist about how unprofessional they are. Also the name s-thetic is dumb. What is that? Why would you do that? Leave purposful misspelling to the graffiti artists."
"The sink in the room was filthy. The girl opened the door with her gloves on and then thought she was coming to.put her hands in my mouth. I was spraying everything with alcohol in the room. But when i seen the sink, I couldn't take it. They need proper training on how to use gloves, wash hands and the equipment/room. I left. This was last year some.months back. But I felt unsure of the world after."
