"I've watched this waiting room fill up and empty 3 times without being called. I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment. I was told I was unable to make an appointment for preemployment drug screening. I understand there's appointments but you need to slip in the people you told to walk in as well. Quite annoyed."

"I went for a walk in TSA pre check appt. I was the only one waiting for that, and it look over an hour and twenty minutes before they acknowledged me. Meanwhile about 20 others had come and gone for other walk in services. Once I was called, it took less than 5 minutes and then the gal selected her own survey responses about my experience. Definitely shouldn’t be advertised as taking walk in"

"I came here to get fingerprinted for my new job, a few days ago. My appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I signed a clipboard with my name and then sat down. After a minute or two after I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. A employee fingerprinted me on the scanner and re-printed a few fingers that weren't clear enough. My whole experience lasted a total of 15mins. The employee that fingerprinted me was very friendly. From parking in the parking lot and leaving EMSI, I had no issues."

"I came here to get fingerprinted for a new job. My appointment was at 2 pm, and I arrived at 2 pm. Ten seconds after I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. The guy fingerprinted me on the scanner and re-printed a few fingers that weren't clear. The whole experience lasted a total of eight minutes. The two staff members that I met (the receptionist and the fingerprint guy) were friendly. I'm not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, so I felt compelled to leave a positive one."

"Absolutely terrible! I came in for a medical exam when enrolling for insurance. The technician couldn't figure out how to work a blood pressure cuff, miscounted my heart rate TWICE, and almost wrote my information down incorrectly on the form (luckily, I was able to correct him). I requested that someone else take my blood sample because I was extremely uncomfortable with him doing it. Even the other technician was atrocious, but fortunately she got my vein on the first try. She just spilled my blood all over the table when removing the needle from my arm. My half-hour appointment had turned into an hour long ordeal by this point, so as soon as they said we're all set, I left quickly. I was about 3 minutes down the road when I got a call. It was the technician asking me to come back because she forgot to have me sign some forms. I'll definitely be reporting my experience back to the insurance company I was applying with."
