"Service itself from the nurses, doctor, some staff was fine. I had a pre op exam here/labs even though I don’t normally come to this location and they were supposed to fax the results to my surgeon. Over 2.5 weeks and they never got it. I’ve had to go back and forth playing phone tag for something that should have been done the day or day after my exam. Will likely never go here again."

"I had an eye exam and Dr. Sadowsky was amazing! Very precise and the tech Kelly was so kind! A special shout out to the front desk gentleman named Brady. He was outgoing, charming, and quite handsome I’d have to say. Definitely looked like Jason Kelce. I’ll come back just to have Brady check me in again. Some very nice eye candy in addition to a wonderful clinic."

"Already did an e-check in and was required to go over all the details again. The lady at check in acts as if she's doing me a service, totally self righteous. "You don't have a cell phone? I can't help you, if they call and can't get a hold of you." Huh??? I just had an appointment at the beginning of the month - no details changed. In fact, go in every 6 months due to a health condition. Confirmed that I did an e-check in and she refused to accept the details already in the system. I've watched her do it to others every time I go to this location, this time it was all directed at me. Left the place. The staff BLOWS! Looking for a way out of the Fairview money mill. I'm regularly unsatisfied with my experience here."

"I needed to establish care with a new eye doctor and was seen by Dr. Steven Rizzi for a routine eye exam and an updated prescription earlier this year. My husband and I enjoy coming to the Fridley clinic and usually never have a problem. But, I had a terrible experience with him. He spent about only 10 minutes with me, rushing through our conversation and my concerns. He gave me the impression that my time was not valuable to him, and seemed somewhat annoyed at me. After my first eye exam with him, I went back in to get adjusted for my contacts, in which my experience with him was the same. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, hoping that this second experience would be better, but it was the same. I felt unable to be honest with him about my concerns. I felt judged for my questions and even racially profiled by him. I knew I was never coming back at this point. I remember regretting coming back to him for a second time. I eventually ordered glasses from the prescription he gave and after trying them on, the prescription was way too strong for my eyes. I went to a local target optical to check if my intuition was right and got my prescription readjusted, in which the eye doctor there confirmed that the initial prescription was way too strong for my eyes. I'm so disappointed by Dr Rizzi. I do not recommend this provider to anyone. Lily H."

"Poor services and liars about billing. Provider did the worst visit i have ever had. Lied about costs encouraging me to get services I didn't need that they told me were free under my insurance. I asked multiple times "Will I be charged for this" and they told me no. Then of course they send a bill anyway. Healthcare in America is fun! Tried to get it resolved by calling. They refuse to budge. Long wait times for phone reps that refuse to answer questions and hang up on you. Sending threats from their collections people now. Avoid this place if you can. They are greedy incompetent liars."
