"A brand spanking NEW apparment complex with only 4 blocks [as of now, not sure about expansion plans] its off Spring Street way down in Cutter Morning Star area.. Hardwood Floors, Central Heat & A/C , section 8 or HUD housing available just contact them during business hours. Their is a office on site... ITS BETTER THEN THE POINTE thats behind the mall, simply cause you are still close to Dodge's & a few other stores but yet it holds that "COUNTRY VIBE""
